Seaview Criterium
October 18th 2009
Despite a grim forecast, conditions were close to perfect, with mild temperature and about as close as you'll ever get in Wellington to no wind!
We joined A&B grades and C&D grades and had a good starting contingent for each race.
In A Grade, Brendan Sharret was unstoppable, lapping the field with 2 laps to go and cruising accross the line as the bunch sprinted for the minor placings>
In B Grade Paul Lundon have a comfortable victory also, staying with the A Grade bunch...so an upgrade will be on for the next crit !>
In C Grade Luke Woods took out the sprint victory and in D Grade Ian H(?) was the victor.>
Full results here with everyones individual lap times.

Thanks to Quentin Hunt, Glenn Owen and Nichola Wilson for volunteering and helping run a smotth race. Thanks also to Shane Griggs who managed the timing system - his first day on the job and he did a great job.
The Club road nationals are on this weekend, so its a week off for local racing, before another criterium in Upper Hutt on Sat 31 October.
