The weather certainly didn’t disappoint for the start of the PNP race season on Saturday.

Riders were greeted with perfect conditions for fast times as they rolled out from Shelly Bay for three laps of the Miramar circuit.

Scratch showed their strength in both Cat 1 and 2, with the fastest times of the day. However the break groups managed to stay away from their pursuers taking line honours on Handicap.
